Our friend, Chef Yves Mattagne, has created three exciting new recipes, a fusion style with Thai inspiration. He trained our team, and we are pleased to offer these three new dishes: Popias Koong, Look Chin Daeng, and Buu Daeng.

We are also fortunate to have four new Dim Sum dishes created by Michelin-starred Chef Wong, a renowned Chinese culinary expert who has worked at the Shangri-La in Paris and other prestigious establishments. These can be found among our steamed appetizers.
